Is there an easy way to record the users log on and off time on our NT4 network?

If it's configured as a domain. Do you have more than one domain controller? If so you'll need a package like crystal reports to merge the log files and report on them. If only one domain controller then you can just configure auditing and check the logs manually.

Hi Just one controller, just couldn't find where to go. I will check it out tomorrow. Thank you.

I think it's in User Mangler for Domains, under Auditing from one of the drop downs.
Then you will start to see entries in the Security log appearing.
