How to find local user settings with Javascript

Is it possible to find rights/permissions the user has on a local machine via javascript/jscript?

The user is running Windows XP or 2000 and IE.
When the user accesses the web page, I actually need to know if he/she has administrative priviliges on his/her local machine.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Thnx

Something like that would be easily exploitable together with some other vulnerabilities. We don't want those kinds of exploits to be posted on open, searchable forums where someone with malicious intent might easily find it. So, closing thread.
