Anfy and DreamWeaver

Hi, in dreamweaver4 I want my table to have a thin one pixel border- no cellspace?
This is my code '<table bordercolor=#000000 border='1' cellspacing='0' cellpading='2' width='420'> I have tried different combinations of 0/1/blank for border/cellspacing. 0 turns off the border and 1 is too thick. I have seen thin table borders on other webpages. Also, how do I achieve border drop shadows?

Anfy2? I have used a water applet image effect and have pasted this into my webpage (code is about 54kb) This works fine, however, when I open my page in IExplorer the CPU consumption max's 100%out on the P3 866mhz and about 70% on another P3 733mhz, I'm wondering is this normal, or must I purchase the program to have it optimise the code correctly? The optimised .jpg is only 8kb and is slightly bigger than an banner ad.

Thanks for time and interest.

Mike,

For your table, try using an inline stylesheet.

eg:

'<table style='border-width: 1px;' bordercolor=#000000 cellspacing='0' cellpading='2' width='420'>

HTH

Mike, can you still use that even if the entire page is not a style sheet?
