F.E.A.R Multiplayer demo out now...

I love the particle weapon with every part of my body. Including my wee-wee.

Im quite fond of the repeting cannon...

nothing like wiping out the entire enemy team with :p

Bishop, I've now figured out roughly the trajectory and lead needed for it, and I too have become enamored with the repeating cannon of DOOM.

Had it not been for the lighting glitches on the single play demo on my comp, i would so be playing MP right now.

The repeating cannon may be even better in single player, seeing as how the 20mm projeticle's path will be lethal/near-lethal as well as the splash zone. That's how high the velocity is supposed to be.

Only reason I see it being a manpack weapon would be the two recoil powered reloading mechanisms absorbing the majority of that force (the rotating barrel and the mechanism that grabs the next round from the clip), and probably some hydraulic buffers (big enough cannon to have them).

Have you found the ammo crate yet? load up 15 shells and viola...:drevil:

Dont really see why anyone would use the ASP over the assault rifle though...

Where is this ammo crate you speak of? I thought I'd found most everything, but I hadn't seen it.

And I've found the ASP is really only good on servers with just a few players for sniping in the open courtyard, beyond that the HV penetrator seems to be the most useful weapon for me.

its actually next door to the repeting cannon:D just walk trough the doorway to the right and turn right in the hallway, there should be 1 monitor on the opposite wall and again to the right you should see 2 frags and between those frags you should see 3 ammo crates that replenishes your ammo...
