iTunes - how do I burn DVD MP3 by title not artist?

I want to create a set of DVD-MP3s - with a format of by song title, A-Z. I can do this by staging all of the mp3s into a "by title" directory, and them burn that to DVD. Basic gripe/quesiton is the fact that I have to do some extra work to get them in this title directory, and it takes up space. I am looking for some tool, utility, script that will allow me to populate the dvd directory without doing it by hand.

I am using 10.3.9, G4 blue and white, with a DVD burner that works, home dvd player (insignia) that supports dvd-mp3.
