Burned DVD data discs compatible with PCs?

I was just wondering if data DVDs burned with Disc Burner/Disk Copy are compatible with PCs. I saw a review in our school newspaper that a PBG4 w/SuperDrive had some trouble with PC compatibility when burning DVDs. I know that DVDs burned with iDVD work, and CDs burned with Disc Burner/Disk Copy work, but I've never tested out Disc Burner/Disk Copy burned DVDs.

If anyone out there has tested this out, please let me know. :)
