Disabling Hiding The Finder

I like to hide my applications alot, so I'm constantly doing command-H on the formost application. The problem is that when the Finder is the current app (i.e. by switching to an app from it, and then hiding the app) it allows for the user to hide it. Then when you go to try to hide the last application, it won't let you because the finder is hidden.

I've searched around everywhere, including the Finder.app Contents and the com.apple.finder.plist and com.apple.loginwindow.plist, and I can't seem to find anything that will let me disable this option. Any ideas?
