Screen has gone to B&W and Negative

Hello.... Need Help...

My Sisters eMac screen has some how gone to a Black n White + Negative image setting... I have never seen this before and i don't have a clue how to fix it.

When the system starts up you see the normal blue mac screen - then the whole screen changes to the Black n White + Negative look...

Any ideas??? Thanks...

Go to your System Preferences, open Universal Access, and near the bottom switch White on Black to Black on White. At some point you accidentally pressed the shortcut for this feature, which you can see in the preference listed as Command-Option-Ctrl-8.
