Wacom Tablet and Scrollbar Problem

Using my Wacom Intous tablet I have a problem with a double movement when the scrollbar is clicked. Also when the arrows on the scrollbar are clicked. This does not happen in all applications. I have this same exact behavior on two different machines. Using the USB mouse does not exhibit this behavior.

Programs I noted with this problem are Indesign 2, Internet Explorer, CDFinder, PhotoRetouch Pro, Suitcase 10 and Freehand 10.

Programs that don’t have this problem are Illustrator 10, Canvas 8, OS X Finder and other Apple Apps and Utilities.

Anybody else have this problem or know a conflict that is causing this behavior.
