ftp hack

looking at my ftp log today i noticed an unfamiliar address, 202.111.187.66 which purports to belong to www.iana.org the internet assigned numbers authority, so why would the be ftping into my network? anyone have any ideas, they've never come up in the logs in two years of running an ftp.:confused:
