there is a new firmware (1.22) you can get it here
http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_result.php?kaj=1&isces

"Version: 1.21 - HA 1 TA 0 - 6.0.0.11"

i'd also update nero

"Burn process started at 8x (11,040 KB/s)"

burn at the slowest speed possible (2or4x)

"Disc Manufacturer: Prodis - cF01"
i highly suggest using better media, those are very poor quality
