Using Shrink the only way to do it is in Reauthor mode (Main Movie only).
Drag the Title to the compilation window.
Set start point and End point of first section you want to keep.
Drag the Title to the compilation window again, it becomes Title1(2).
Set start point and End point of second section you want to keep.
Repeat until you've got the whole movie.
If you want to keep the Menus, etc. you'll need to use different tools, such as VobBlanker. (http://jsoto.posunplugged.com/vobblanker.htm)
