sound works but won't copy

hello all..a newbie here. your suggestions have already solved several problems so far. here's one i can't figure out: i downloaded a video and it plays just fine on the window's viewer. when i copied it to dvd builder, some (not all) of the audio track cuts out momentarily (a minute or longer) but then comes back. any suggestions? thanks
