Even after I reauthor using only the main file I get message that the file is too large. When I went to help
section it seemed as if there was a way to manually compress the file even further but I cannot seem to find out how to do that. When I try to manually compress it only allows me to compress the file less and not more.
Even when I removed ALL the audio files the file was still too large. Any suggestions?
Thanx.

How much over the limit are you?
Take the output of the first shrink and shrink it a second time.

How much over the limit are you?
Not very much. Not sure exactly how much.
Take the output of the first shrink and shrink it a second time.
Thanx for the suggestion. I am trying that now. Will let you know if it works.

Reshrinking the output worked although the quality of the output resulted in markedly deteriorated video images.
The video is close to five hours long which is probably why it had to be shrunk so much.
Thanx for your help.

In that case, do it again, splitting it to 2 disks.
Do this with VobBlanker - guide on site - see link in my signature.

Or buy a DVD+R DL disc, normally 3-packs are around $15, and just make a 1:1 copy. Then it will have 100% quality.
