Even if it isn't Warhammer (http://www.warhammeronline.com/) 40k
Tsk tsk I actually had to learn about this from the wow eu forums.
First off, it is Fantasy, and not every 40k'er is a Fantasy Player too (though some are, like me)
Next, we haven't seen much so there is little to salivate about really. And it is a release of 2007 IIRC, so not even this calendar year.
Also, it has been mentioned before. I think we went off on it in the 40k thread for a bit.
Not to mention, from what I know, I can't be a Skaven, so I'm not terribly interested yet. ;)

Moreover, it's a game that's been plagued with so many development problems (including one outright cancellation) that it's just going to be a third rate WoW that we have to pay for. I pay enough for 40K now, why would I pay more to play Warhammer Online?
Mark of Chaos - now that's a game that looks interesting.

Especially since you pay for it once and call it done, unlike WO.

I'm watching this with semi-interest (just getting into Warhammer Fantasy). It could be good or it could be crap. There just not enough info right now. And HBMC does make a point about the cancelation.
And Mark of Chaos does look interesting, though it would interest me more if it had Dwarfs in it (as a playable race).

Although, the cancellation can't be held against the game. As near as I can see, the game was initially cancelled because the developers were, what's the word, thieves and embezzlers? Well they were doing a lot of taking peoples money and not much actual developing.
As it is Mythic have probably started from a code clean slate, and just robbed a ton of art and design work.

After experiences with WoW, I'm definitely looking forward to a much darker and less cartoony MMRPG.

You could take a look at the companys other MMO, Dark age of Camelot.
Intro Vid (http://vnfiles.ign.com/rpgvault/daoc/daoc05040901-566.wmv)
The company has experience with a niche-market MMO, including what not to do. Except for the Trials of Atlantis (aka Everquest) expansion, Mythic has done well in releasing good content.
WHO is expected to be a DAoC2 with all the strengths of the current game without much of the bad history.
