FS2 Mod Derelict (VOICED!) Released...

That's right. In case you have FS2 and have been living under a rock, come on out!

The classic Derelict campaign has been upgraded to SCP and not only that, it is FULLY VOICED! (yours truly has about 67 lines, in fact I'm like the LT Snipes of Derelict he he...) ;)

You will need FS2, the SCP download and of course the packs from this link:

P.S. Kudos to Blaise Russle for his outstanding work on this project and for the 64?(ish) fellow cast members who took the time to record their lines and really care about the final result!

all people that were banned were unbanned, and i've since then taken active role as the primary modeller for The Apocalypse Project(Homeworld 2 to FS2. hi-polying the Hiigaran interceptor is a bitch, but i think i have round 30% done...)

Since I haven't seen a new space sim in years I have to say that that is a pretty easy thing to do.

Oh, yeah. I voiced almost all of the Vasudan parts apart from the Sai, plus a lot of other terrans.

Transcend and Sync were awesome, but when comparing Derelict to them... well, derelict only beats them on the longevity scale. everywhere else Transcend, Sync, heck, lets add Inferno and Sol: A History at some of the best campaigns out there. S:AH was the best one i played, and Sync was one of the most... WTF-ing ones out there.

Derelict came out way before any of those, they didn't have any of the fancy stuff most campaigns get to use now. (Like FREDOpen or even FS2Open)

so what? i got to SCP around 3.5.7... which was about a year or so ago.

The SCP is the source code project, and allows for pretties like this to look really sweet in-game.

Yeah, it's been wonky for me too. I was able to connect to read the forums briefly last night, but that's about it.
