My NERO 5.5 fails to write DVDs and does not link with DVDShrink. I get the IMAGE RECORDER option, but on one of my computers, but no recognition of my DVD drive - so it can not burn. Otherwise the drive works fine. I tried reloading all software, but still no recognition. Any ideas????

did your nero came with one drive and not the other( the one that not see)?
