most likely, no...
Twin Snakes was developed exclusively for the NGC...i wouldn't count on it ever being ported to anything else...

the PC version of MGS, and the Xbox version of MGS2 count as ports, but Kojima wasn't involved with their creation...Twin Snakes is considered a REMAKE of the original, developed from the ground up for the NGC, by what is now the Kojima Productions team, in conjunction with Silicon Knights, and Japanese action film director Ryuhei Kitamura...Kojima himself was not involved with it's development in anything more than an advisory capacity...and that was even limited, as he didn't want to really do anything more than spectate..
