To insert a image in a post, use this syntax:

http://img313.imageshack.us/img313/1580/firmwaredetect7ea.png

To change your avatar, click "User CP" at the top left of this page. Look on the left after the page loads for changing your avatar.

Edit: Click Edit in your first post here, and delete this out of your IMG tag "http://[img="

the is fine only it needs to be spelled [img]
