It isn't clear if the message about the "unrecognized command line flag" is from SystemUIServer or not. Is it on a separate line?
If so, it is likely coming from some other (unnamed in the log) program.
It is merely saying that that program (whichever one is complaining) doesn't recognize that part of the command-line with which it was invoked.
Nothing to worry about.
