hi, just bought a powerbook g4. previously used windows xp to download binary files from the net and then nero or alcohol 120% to create cd/dvds.

have tried for the last few days to acheive the same thing with mac os x tiger, have toast titanium.

i can see the downloaded files ok but they all have the extension .zip 01 etc.
stuff it expander says the files are not compressed.

all i can acheive is to burn a data disc identical to whats on the hard drive, and also managed to create a .dmg file.

what am i doing wrong?
what software do i need?

any help will be greatly appreciated.
