Multi-Region Upscaling DVD Player With HDMI

I have a Tosh 37WLT68 on it's way in a weeks time and need the above mentioned player.

At the moment I have a 360 & a Pioneer 575 going through an AV amp that only has two component inputs. I will be plugging a Network Media Player where the dvd is and therefore would like a multi-region, HDMI, upscaling player to replace the Pioneer.

I'll be getting the HD drive (eventually)for the 360 but have a stack of region one dvd's that won't play on it.

I'm looking to spend around ?00-200.
