Anyone own a Denon 2930? A simple question

Is the layer change seamless on the 2930? (It's invisible on the 2200)

...and 2 less simple ones. Now I have a projector I believe I'm overstretching the quality of my 2200.

Are there any known problems with the 2930, I see a lot of complaints about lipsync on the 1930 will I be safe from that?

Will a 2930 at 720p via HDMI offer an improvement over the 2200 through component?
