I didn't believe it either when I saw the price for this ultra-small "MPEG4" player. I was worried when I read the manual over lunch and there was no mention of MPEG4, DivX/Xvid at all.
However this player plays all current downloads that I can find (recent Battlestar, Lost, CSI etc) no problem, PQ is good and mine works superbly.
The cheapest MPEG4 player I've ever come across, and best of all (for me anyway) it's ultra-portable, I can take it away, stash it in my bag when working away from home and connect it up to any hotel TV via SCART for DVD/MPEG4 viewing.
I can confirm that the unit also plays DVD-ISO perfectly and I've tried +R/+RW/-R/-RW and all play with no problems.
It's my bargain of the year so far.
