OK new to the forum's and I thought i would give it a shot to see if anyone here could help.
I have a Pioneer DV-47A Dvd player that worked Fine until the other day.
The problem is that it has horizontal "ghost like" bars through the picture when there is moving scenes.
It only does this when its playing through the Component Video Cables. When Its hooked up S-Video, or even composite Video it doesn't do this.
Now I have tried swapping cables that I know are good, changing inputs on the lcd screen, and its the same problem no matter what input or cable i use on the dvd player,
Hd cable box works fine and anything else hooked up with the component cables. so it has to be something with the Dvd player.
Any Help would be appreciated
:lease:
Have you changed the video out settings (RGB / Component) in the set up screen ? ? ? Might b worth checking these first.
I Have No Idea

Yeah, Every thing is Exactly how it is supposed to be. And it worked Fine, no power surge or anything has been changed. I wonder if some connection in the shielding on one of the video outputs is the problem.
heres the best pic i could get of it
