I know that we usually talk about sad stories here, but I just want to get some information, so I hope this is not totally off topic...
it is late at night, and I can't call the places to get information, so I figured the best thing is here....
so it is almost valentines, and like almost all guys, I am planning a Vday for my gf...
I"M thinking of taking her to a massage place, but I have never been there before, so i want some information first.
first of all, what is a sauna bath? My gf has this thing where back in her country, all the girls would go to this place, and they would all get naked in one bath tub........She's not from america, but she calls is "public bath." But anyways, she loves that kind of stuff. Is that a sauna bath? I'm not sure.
Also, what about massages? how do they work? how long?
and around, usually, how much do this kind of stuff cost???

There are several different types of massage and the time can vary from 30-60 mintues. Look up spas or day spas in your local directory and talk to those people.
Since I don't know where you are I can't say if you'll find something like that and I'm not sure places like those exist in North America.

A massage is a great gift for a lady! I live in the Philadelphia area and for an hour-long massage, you should expect to pay $60-$70 plus a 15% tip. Of course there are pricier massages at the more expensive salons but maybe your local beauty salon has a licensed masseuse who will be more reasonable in price. (Yes make sure the masseuse is licensed!) I've never done the sauna/bath thing so no advice there.
Better yet, get a massage for both of you. Some spas have couples massage. They may not have "public baths" but the nicer spas will have complimentary steam rooms and swedish showers. Have fun!
